Many of my skills and experiences were derived from helping others with everything from brainstorming to completing projects in both "white collar" and "blue collar" situations. Jim-of-All-Trades is a culmination of all these skills gained by an insatiable need to learn, a willingness to help others, and the acumen to pick things up quickly. It is my passion to share this knowledge and create mutually beneficial situations towards a positive outcome.
White Collar Services
My White Collar services are performed by me personally, and if something reaches outside my scope, I have a network of professionals I turn to on a regular basis. Blue Collar Services
What started out as a hobby, has now positioned me as the "go to" guy. Charging people top dollar for the easiest fixes is not my forte. I like to work on a "per hour" basis because, just as I would appreciate, you see where your money is going. And what's more, many projects include different "trades" that I can perform. What this saves is time and money. For example, a plumber will charge you at least $100 just to show up and $100/hr to fix and install a new bathroom fixture. Since it can be done within an hour in most cases, I charge a fraction of that. And on top of that, I work with you to find the best replacement parts at the best possible price. This way you know what you are buying and more importantly what it actually costs. And my invoices detail everything done on a project, from materials to labor, so there are no hidden costs, period!
